1. Selection

All the candidates’ documents sent by e-mail, mail or fax are systematically analyzed by the personnel of HR Department
If your knowledge, skills, experience and interests match our recruitment needs, your documents will be submitted to people who conduct selection for further analysis.
If your interests, knowledge, skills and experience do not match current recruitment needs of the Bank but your qualifications turn to be interesting for us, we will keep your documents in the database of prospective candidates, in order to re-examine them when new prospects of employment arise.

2. Interview

If you pass the preliminary selection process, you will be invited to at least two interviews – first one with a representative of HR Department and the second one with a potential future superior. At the interview we will be interested in your professional experience and skills as well as your personality predispositions, which we will verify using advanced tools and psychometric tests.

3. Feedback

If you are invited to an interview, a Bank employee, who will conduct this interview will inform you about its result on a date agreed earlier.

Important rules:

  • Candidate’s application documents must include a consent to the processing of personal data (under the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data – Journal of Laws no 133, item 883 of 1997). If a candidate does not enclose the statement, the documents will not be taken into account in the course of recruitment project implementation
